In other news, Latte is proving that she IS the long lost lovechild of Bear and one of his torties. Do any of you torties want to come clean? We promise we won't demand kitten support.
L: Latte [tortie/tabby girl kitten]
MK: Momma Kat [Latte and Ellie's human Momma, named Kat]
The Boy: Momma's fiance, Daddy to Latte and Ellie
L: Momma! Put me down!
MK: I'm going to bed! Don't you want to snuggle?
L: Yeah! But not right now!
{Momma sets Latte on the bed, and she turns around and leaves)
The Boy: I guess she didn't want to snuggle.
MK: No. She'll be back. If she's anything like Bear, she'll go out there, count to 30 and then come back.
The Boy: I don't think so ...
MK: Just wait ... she wants us to think it's her idea.
The Boy: I don't know.
{27 seconds later}
L: Latte, reporting for snuggle duty! It was my idea!
MK: SEE?!
The Boy: {to Momma} As Bear used to say, no one likes a know-it-all.
